"Toast Of Venus Awards"
What a whirlwind of a roller coaster it's been since our fabulous day at the national Venus awards organised by founder Tara. We have been in the press across the south coast and nationally as well as seeing so many new faces in store and visitors to our Facebook page. A huge PINKS welcome to you all.
We don't stop here though as this is just beginning and the build up of momentum we have needed in the run up to another sparkling PINKS Princess Experience day this Saturday 7th February.
As a complete sell out for another year, our princess experiences offer indulgence and opulence for all aspiring princesses at very affordable prices. As the newly crowned National New Business Winner and Regional Winner, to me and to our gorgeous little customers, that officially makes me Venus qualified to assist our Royal Princesses in the crowning ceremony under the rose arch on Saturday.
We couldn't be looking forward to this event more with the tiaras polished and certificates of training stamped we can't wait to see all the little princesses in all their finery ready for their princess lessons and to share the crown with each and every one of them.

We can't believe it...we won!!!!!!
Venus National New Business Award Winner 2015
The Pink Party Box Company
We were so delighted to be invited to the Venus Award National Finals 2015 at the beautiful Hand Picked Hotels Audley's Wood Basingstoke.
The beautifully adorned room was filled with inspirational regional winners from across the country joining together for an afternoon to celebrate the success of ladies in business. We were humbled to be amongst so many women that had achieved so much in their careers and looked forward to a fabulous lunch together celebrating each others successes. We were nominated in the New Business of the year category following our 2014 win for the Southampton Region. The excitement grew knowing that one regional winner from every category would take the title National Winner 2015...nobody at our table dared to dream of being crowned but everyone had a little ray of hope and we all wanted each other to win.
There were many moving stories throughout the day and guest speakers offered inspiration to all that were in attendance. Tara Howard the founder of the awards put the Venus Women Awards on the map and hosting a truly fantastic day celebrating the success of women in business showing that with support and belief the sky really is the limit!
When our category was announced I was in awe of all that were nominated alongside me and wished each and every lady good luck as every one of them deserved this award for their innovative and growing businesses. I couldn't have been more in shock though when "Katy Handley-Quint The Pink Party Box Company" was said....we were just so thrilled to be attending. It never occurred to us that our beautiful little boutique creating exquisite children clothing would be so highly recognised nationwide. I made my way to the stage shaking with tears in my eyes....I had absolutely nothing prepared to say and no words could sum up the way I felt the moment I was handed the microphone and my award. I was so overwhelmed accepting it and did my best to hold myself together to thank those who had supported me and believed in me including my wonderful husband and 3 fabulous little girls.
The rest of the day was a whirlwind of photography and interviews for us...still in shock...we have started 2015 in the best way we could have ever dared to imagine as crowned National New Business Venus Award Winners 2015.
We're so excited for the future of The Pink Party Box Company and warmly thank our wonderfully loyal customers for allowing us to share our dream with each and every one of you.

What an eventful week we've had here at PINKS. 48 beautiful PINKS customers were transformed at our Diamond Princess experience as they graduated into princesses and we couldn't have been more proud! Thank you to everyone who has shared their special memories of the event with us and for the Daily Echo who supported our Princess Experience and gave our princesses a true paparazzi moment with a flash of fame as they all appeared within the paper.
Our week hasn't stopped here though...this was just the beginning! Busy as always, team PINKS has been in talks with some amazing destination hotels for our October Princess Experience and the executive chefs are putting together quite a fairytale menu for the occasion so watch this space...i've also been very busy along with my amazing team of fairies not only on our very very full order book for bespoke dresses but also building and expanding our beautiful PINKS Autumn/Winter collection and our PINKS Occasion collection in preparation for our 3 catwalk shows next week.
Next week looks to be just as busy as this week as our 25 models ages 6 months - 6 years are arriving for their wardrobe fittings for the fashion shows, 12 custom orders of tea dresses and tutu dresses are to be made, 4 bridesmaids are popping in for final fittings and 2 christening gowns are being collected...we can't wait to welcome you all in the boutique this week!
Have a fun filled family weekend...smiles all round...and remember to always always wear your invisible crown and to think
